On February 23, 2015, Dr. Hubert Paulino Del Rosario came as a Orthopedic fellow to Wellton Hospital for International Fellowship Program from Philippine Orthopedic Center . He will study in Wellton hospital surgical techniques and rehabilitation program for hip replacement and knee replacement.
